Job Description 

Overview:
OTC Brokerage is one of the core functions of Trade Expense. The team is primarily responsible for the reconciliations and payment of broker invoices for OTC Products which are received on a monthly basis from various brokers globally. The team is responsible for making accurate payments with validation of the charge.


Position Specifications

Division : Finance Trade Expense

Designation : Analyst
Shift timings : EMEA Shift (1 PM to 10 PM)

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in trade expense & brokerage Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate
Contract period : 6 Months (contract till 31-Mar-20)

Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:


 Reconciliation and payments of broker Invoices received on a monthly basis. These invoices are matched against the firm accruals.
 Analyst is expected to work closely with the controllers and business.
 Daily and monthly validation of control accounts.
 Preparation of Weekly KRI and discussion with various regional Stakeholders –
 This job involves basic knowledge of OTC Products
 Process involves understanding of accounting journal entries, Accruals It involves Payments of brokerage to brokers. Analysts is expected to work closely with Trade NPE Team


Key Skills:
 Good experience in basic report writing and presentation skills
 Exposure to OTC Product billing settlement
 Ability to clearly communicate in both verbal and written form.
 Understanding of book keeping and accountancy
 Basic product knowledge
 Exposure to OTC Brokerage will be added advantage
 Good team player
 Good MS office skills
 Proactive and willingness to take initiatives
