Designation : HR Coordinator
Shift timings : Shift Timing (8.30 a.m.to 5.30 p.m.)
Experience : 1-2 experience in on-boarding, documentation
Qualification : Graduate / MBA in HR
Contract period : 6 Months (Extendable based on the performance)
Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
Would be responsible for on-boarding of new hires, documentation, employee file creation and
Management.
Follow up with vendors for invoices/debit notes
Processing of invoices and submission to finance team
Updating , filing and maintaining records of invoices
Providing monthly provisioning of payments to the finance team
- Bonafide Letter Administration
Preparing letters of employment, address proof and leave approval based on request
received from employee / HRAs
Printing letters, arranging for signatures & updation of portals.
Preparing employee confirmation letters & getting the letters printed and signed
Issuing of confirmation letters and updating tracker
Follow up with HRAs for pending confirmation forms as and when required
Audit of all new hire files and updating tracker as appropriate
Capturing nomination details of employees and getting it uploaded in the system
Getting education and employment details updated in GHRS for employees
Preparing reports of HR benefits & HR operations scorecard
Preparing and sending weekly reports for pending education, employment or miscellaneous
documents
Keeping track of medicines stock
Preparing reports of medical utilization
