Position Details:
Role: Sr. Manager HR Operations & Client Servicing
Location: Pune
Requisites:
- BSC/B.COM/B.Tech throughout 1st Class &
MBA in HR.
- Strong execution focus, ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and process
orientation
- Excellent communication & presentation
skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving
skills.
- Specialist in drafting HR Policies, process
related communications to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Client
Servicing
- Maintain relationship with the existing
clients to generate incremental business.
- Understand and implement strategy to make
sure that client requirements are getting fulfilled within TAT with minimum
complaints/escalations.
- Visit clients to develop a good
understanding of Clients Company, their work culture and environment.
- Design the best negotiation strategy by
considering the risk and reward and keeping in mind counter parties’
preferences and goals.
Associates
Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of
Associate’s salary.
- Identify and timely settlement of grievances
of associates.
- Ensure Associates retention and motivation
aspect.
Revenue
Generation:
- Generate the required revenue as targeted.
- Generate the target of revenue within the
permissible cost.
- Liaisoning with Government Bodies and
Compliance Management.
- Obtain required licenses as per client’s
requirements.
- Ensure accurate & timely compliances for
all the applicable acts / laws for all the clients.
HR Operations
Manage
& assist team members for the following activities:
I. Human Resource Planning & Budgeting –
Identify the current and future Human Resources requirements of the Client and
based on that prepare a complete planning and Budgeting.
II. Talent Acquisition – Acquire the right
talents within the time frame and approved budget.
III. Induction – Ensuring successful
onboarding of new joinees.
IV. Employee Record Keeping & Documentation
– Manage all the registers and records of employees. Maintain all database
on HireCraft.
V. Compensation & Benefits – Monitor
all pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment. Formulate &
suggest to the management about competitive compensation and benefits programs
for the employees.
VI. Talent Management – Talent Management
consists of Talent Acquisition and Talent Retention. To achieve it, concentrate
on effective hiring and retaining the top performer.
VII. Attendance and Leave Management –
Tracking and monitoring Attendance and Leave Policy. Collation of all employees
attendance, leave data and submitting consolidated attendance data to the
payroll department for further process. Post receiving salary sheet from
payroll department, after verifying it forward to the client for further
action.
VIII. Invoice Management – Ensure all the
invoices are forwarded to the clients in time and conduct payment follow up and
collect the payment on time.
IX. Employee Relations – Maintain employee relation
and settle their grievances on top priority.
