Maintain & update all the Resumes & online applications received online or offline
Preparing an MIS for all the Applications received
Conducting Initial Screening of the candidates
Doing follow-ups on the interview lineups and feedback sharing
Completing the reference checks forms for the new hires
Completing the joining formalities & induction for all the new joinees
Maintaining & Updating employee records and employee files
Updating the Attendance, Leave records for all employees and retainers
Maintaining the records of the Attendance register, Biometric attendance & Leave details
Working on the attendance software and updating the monthly attendance
Compile the leave & Attendance details for all outstation staff and update the same in the Attendance
Sending the quarterly leave balance to all.
Regular reminder & follow-up to the staff for late comings.
Maintaining & updating the Employee records in the excel sheet
Sending Birthday Emailer to the staff
Preparing the monthly HR Newsletter
Follow-up on the EHS documentation
Introducing new HR activities and initiatives
Assisting in preparing training calendar
Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
