Job Description 
  1. Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager - CRM

    Job Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Form verification & KYC Documents

  • Initiate Welcome Call & Welcome Letter

  • Facilitate in timely execution and Registration process.

  • Understand the current set up, project and its complexities, reach, etc

  • Calculation of TDS

  • Initiating Bank Ties for Housing Loans

  • Billing & First  collection post booking which is (5%-10%)

  • Booking & updating all necessary customer history details on ERP sustained customer history details for seamless management at all times

  • Driving a team that goes the extra mile to ensure customer delight

     

Stake holders

 

Internal – Marketing, Sales, Customer relationship management, Finance, Home Loan Services, Legal, Etc.

External Interactions – Clients.

 

Job Requirements

 

Education – Graduation

Work Exp – 3 yrs & above

Key competencies – Ability to work under pressure, Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
