Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate
Form verification & KYC Documents
Initiate
Welcome Call & Welcome Letter
Facilitate
in timely execution and Registration process.
Understand
the current set up, project and its complexities, reach, etc
Calculation
of TDS
Initiating
Bank Ties for Housing Loans
Billing &
First collection post booking which is (5%-10%)
Booking
& updating all necessary customer history details on ERP sustained customer
history details for seamless management at all times
Driving
a team that goes the extra mile to ensure customer delight
Stake holders
Internal – Marketing, Sales, Customer
relationship management, Finance, Home Loan Services, Legal, Etc.
External Interactions – Clients.
Job Requirements
Education – Graduation
Work Exp – 3 yrs & above
Key competencies – Ability to work under
pressure, Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
