Job Description:        

·         Responsible for timely and flawless execution of marketing programs.

·         The person will be primarily required to manage the shared services processes from marketing.

·         They will be tasked to manage and execute the processes end to end in line.

·         The person shall also be required to help with report generation for management reviews on marketing driven leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

·         Take operational ownership of shared services from Marketing side; involves budget tracking, spend analysis, contract management and coordination with accounts payables and marketing operations.

·         Negotiate with vendors on contracts and benefits, lead new supplier onboarding in the system and track payments.

·         Analyse marketing data in terms of leads opportunities and help in Report generation

·         Provide assistance to the team on additional marketing projects

Key Skills

·         Experience in a marketing role, preferably with a technology company with exposure to marketing operations and processes.

·         Desired: Experience of working with CRM systems

·         Understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, tools, and best practices

·         Proficiency MS Excel spread sheet, data management and reporting skills

·         Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes
