Maintain all databases in the system.- Responsible for timely Insurance addition / deletion- Collecting attendance of Associates from clients, collating attendance in attendance format- Periodically meeting Associates and understanding their queries, concerns and resolving them on time.- Collecting feedback of associates who are placed outside- Identify and timely settlement of grievances of associates- Ensure Associates retention and motivation aspect- Employee Exit – Conduct exit formalities for departing employees and complete full and final settlement within the timeline. Client Servicing- Maintain relationships with the client to generate incremental business.- Understand and implement strategy to make sure that clients requirements are getting fulfilled within TAT with minimum complaints/escalations- As the face of the company, build the brand image of the company.
