REQUISITES:
Ø MBA in HR or Bachelor's (Full Time)
Ø Presentable
Ø Excellent communication skill – verbal & written.
Ø Self Motivated & Enthusiastic
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing complete HR gamut which includes Headhunting, Mass Hiring, On boarding, Induction, Leave and Attendance, Compliance Management, Employee Exits, Client Management.
- Gathering & understanding the requirements.
- Handling the end to end recruitment.
- Identify/ screen/ qualify candidates.
- Review and understand job requirements.
- Managing daily MIS & Reporting.
- Managing candidates databases in the software.
- Managing HR operations
- Generating Employee code of new joiners.
- Responsible for drafting Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, - Transfer Letter, Confirmation Letter.
- Issuing PF & ESIC & Gratuity form to new joiners.
- Taking care of employee databases with regard to their Date of Appointment, Address, Telephone No's, References, Employee Dept., Code No, and Other Personal Details.
- Uploading of bank account details in the system.
- Issuing ID cards to employees.
- Compliance Management
- Managing candidates database on the HRIS
