Requisites:

- Post graduate / MBA in HR or any Graduate.
- Good communication skill – verbal & written.

- Should be a self driven individual with great enthusiasm for learning new things.

- Should be a team player and plan & coordinate the workforce to best use of employee talents.


Responsibilities:

- Gathering & understanding the business requirement. 
- Handling end to end coordination & support function of business operation.

- Handling daily operational activities of HR on the designated portal.
- Managing HR operations 

- Talent management

- Client coordination & support function
- Compliance Management

- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists & staff.
- Managing candidates database on the HRIS

- Managing day to day operational work 

- Maintaining database of the employees on the portal (Hirecraft)


Position Details:

Role: Assistant Manager HR (Team handling)
Location: Bangalore

Requisites:

- Post graduate / MBA in HR.

- Should have minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Should have Client Management experience.
- Good communication skill – verbal & written.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end to end recruitment through the team. 
- Managing a team of HR professionals. 
- Managing HR operations, MIS & Reporting.
- Compliance Management.
- Managing candidates databases on the HRIS.
- Client Management, collection of payment from clients.
