Position Details:

Requisites:

- Graduate/ Post graduate

- Should have minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment/Bulk Hiring.

- Should be well-versed in using Job Boards/Portals.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

- Good communication skill verbal & written.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end to end recruitment.

- Identify/ screen/ qualify candidates for IT positions.

- Review and understand job requirements.

- Managing daily MIS & Reporting.

- Managing candidates database in the software.

Role : Assistant Manager – IT Recruitment.

Expereince : 4+ Years.

Requisites:

- An Graduate/ Post Graduate in HR

- Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.

- Excellent Knowledge of Multiple IT Skills.

- Excellent client Handling and team management skills.

- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities:

- Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes.

- Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks.

- Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.

- Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.

- Managing resumes and updating the database.

- Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level.

- Confident in negotiating rates and compensation packages.

- Maintaining HRIS & trackers for the positions.

- Tracking daily footfall.
