Shift timings : Shift Timing (8.30 a.m.to 5.30 p.m.)
Qualification : Graduate / MBA in HR
Contract period : 6 Months (Extendable)
Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
Recruitment:
• Ensuring optimum utilization database / jobsites / reference, job posting, daily alert and sending bulk mails on jobsites as well as sourcing resumes via. Job portals
• Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, expatriation, technical fit, communication and pay package etc.
• Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates to check their interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile.
• Coordinating & scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates
• Conducting negotiation process for salary, joining time, joining bonus etc.
Strong experience of hiring for IT. Knowledge about technical skills required to fill a particular position.
MI & Analytics:
Preparing and Analyzing Division wise daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports using Power Point & Excel
