Job Description:

Customer Education and Activation:

· Educating customers on the Financial Markets and ensure the activation.

· Educating and activating customers in Products related to Financial Investments including direct Equity investment, MF, SEP/SIP, ETFs, Bonds, NCD, Corporate FD, NPS, IPOs etc.

· Understanding client needs and recommend the right set of investment Products/Services.

Product Penetration:

· Introducing and educating customers to new products launched

· Demonstrate ICICIdirect.com portal and its various tools to customers for their online investments.

· Engagement of customers to various tools available in ICICIdirect.com and ensures client retention towards the website and account.

· Enhancing customer experience on website with various available tools and features.

Customer Relations :

· Building strong bonds with customers to increase customer loyalty towards ICICIdirect.com and its usage.

· Open new accounts through references, leads from the existing customers

· Meeting and building relationship with clients to procure the business in future

· Manage customer queries related to their financial investments
