Responsibilities
Create/ write engaging content for the readers
Execute and uptake content deliverables according to client’s requirement.
Coordinate on cross-functional teams to determine content and training needs.
Create an engaging and highly creative piece that can set brand tone in a convincing manner
Utilize graphics and any other technical tools/ programs to develop content
Change to new content requirements, digital tools and collaborators.
Gain understanding of in-house content creation tools and quality standards.
Work cooperatively with key team members.
Create new ways of engaging members through content such as videos; snippet videos; slideshows etc.
Requirements
Should have experience in BFSI (Banking/ Insurance/ Mutual Funds etc) sector for over 3-5 years.
Should have teaching or training experience for over 1-2 years
Good Knowledge about using Content Management System
Exceptional Communication skills/ Market Research skills/ Presentation skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
Should have knowledge of basics of technology and current trends in content writing and Social Media/Digital
Media.
Strong skills to analyse and research on the topic of content development.
Ability to produce the precise, clear, crisp and engaging copy.
Ability to research various business functions, industry topics and create smart content.
Creative and analytical bent of mind to transform any information into the compelling story.
Flexible nature and a great attitude - willingness to listen, learn, adapt and a team player
Excellent organization, written, verbal and presentation skills
Experience working in education ecosystem
Flexible to travel to different locations as per business requirement.
